Support Teams

We have planned for all locations to have a team of individuals, designated by your administrator, to help you through the transition from MLP (MyLearningPlan) into the new PD system - LAB: Learning Across Broward.  These individuals have participated in hands-on training and will receive updates to distribute to all location staff throughout this process.  New and updated resources will be shared with your team as they are available.  These resources, such as this Canvas course, will be designed to help familiarize you with the look and features of the new system.  Please reach out to them with any questions and/or feedback.

Support Team Functions:

  • Provide support using district-provided resources
  • Support users with the transition to the new PD platform
  • Provide feedback on the implementation and uses of the new system
