Registrations Forms 

Form 1 is the Student Registration form. Please click on this LINK, download, type into the form fields, and then SAVE with your CHILD'S first initial and then FULL last name.

Example: J.DOE_form1

FORM 1_Student_Registration_BCPS_FORM_2021-2022_NRMS-1.pdf  

 

Form 2 is the student authorization. This form is giving permission to send records from current school to NRMS after this school year completes.  Just fill in boxes indicated. Save the same as above method.

Example: J.Doe_form 2
